- Share well-motivated research problems and intuitive solutions
- Identify problems for MassGen, propose case studies, and generate features

- Research track contributors
- Anyone with feature proposals
- Team members interested in roadmap planning

Explore Research Ideas
Present well-motivated research problems and discuss intuitive solutions.

Guidelines:
- The idea can be directly connected to MassGen or to broader multi-agent systems
- There is no strict time limit
Template:
Please prepare a short PPT or Word document with the following sections:
- Problem: The problem you are trying to solve (or the limitations of existing work/system)
- Motivation: Why the problem is important to solve
- Solution: An intuitive solution (a high-level philosophy of how the solution addresses the problem)
MassGen Improvements
Discuss goals, case studies, and features for MassGen development.
Template:
Please prepare a brief document or notes covering:
- Problem: A concrete problem you want to solve
- Case Study: A concrete example with specific prompts
- Current Output: What MassGen produces now with these prompts
- Expected Output: What MassGen should produce after improvements
- Features: Specific features needed to bridge the gap
After Meeting
Create GitHub issues for:
- Case studies discussed
- Features proposed
- Any bugs identified
Best Practices
Prepare Your Update:
- Have your update ready before the meeting
- Keep it concise and focused
- Note any blockers ahead of time
During Meetings:
- Stay on topic
- Respect time limits
- Take notes on action items
- Ask questions if unclear
